Day Tour, Eastwood Co., Pottstown, Saturday, April 6, 2019
Eastwood Co., Pottstown, Pa was the tour destination for the first tour of this chapter for the year, taken on Saturday, April 6, 2019. Dave/Debbie Brady were the only members who attended, & what a shame! They started the day off w/ a beautifully leisurely drive to Pottstown, approximately 30-35 minutes, for about a 2 hour tour. Once there, they were “Welcomed” by a lovely & friendly staff! First off, a short talk was presented on who they are & what they offer to the car hobbyist(s). Secondly, a tour was taken into their warehouse(s), offices, etc. Thirdly, a Photoshop demonstration was thoroughly enjoyed on how they produce their labels & advertising(s). Fourthly, a demonstration was given on rust neutralizing different items & how to protect from mother natures’ elements. Fifthly, Eastwood products could be purchased throughout their store. Ask Debbie what she bought!? After the Eastwood tour, lunch was thoroughly tasteful at the “Bel-Air Restaurant” off Rt. 100. The atmosphere was of the 1950’s décor!! While waiting for their marvelous food selection(s), the atmosphere was taken in! The décor took them back in time of the 1950’s!
“ASK, WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR THE CHAPTER, NOT WHAT CAN THE CHAPTER DO FOR YOU?” Dave/Debbie Brady
